Kids say some pretty cute stuff

So Brad's been out of town this week. Dominic gets that he's at work for a long time. So today he ask after saying the prayer, "Momma, where does Heavenly Father live?" I said, "He lives up in the sky in Heaven." He says, "No, he's out of town at work."

Dominic had clearly heard Brad call me babe quite a bit. He cracks me up because he gets in these spurts where he calls me babe all the time. Last night he was sitting on my lap looking at facebook pictures and he kept telling me, "We already looked at those, babe." He pretty much called me "babe" the whole rest of the night.

We had Jaders little birthday party on Saturday (I'm using the word "little" loosely.) She got so many super cute clothes and toys from everyone. Once again, I do not have to buy my daughter a thing and she will look absolutely adorable for the next several months! I love that it has been so warm so I can put some of the cute things on her right now!
We had sandwiches, chips and baked beans followed by some pink cupcakes that spelled out Happy Birthday Jade. Jade was quite the lady and didn't even get cupcake all over the place. She just wanted me to feed it to her. I made a DVD of pictures and songs of her from birth to present that we all watched like 20 times that night.
She had a well check on Tuesday with Dr. Sirsy and weighed in at 18lbs.! (Guess we'll wait a few months to turn her car seat around.) The doctor said she was definitely petite, but normal.

I know I've nursed kids but…

Just try to imagine what it feels like when you are at the computer checking blogs in your jammies and your two year old is sitting on your lap. He slips off the chair and grabs the only thing that's sagging low enough for him to reach. Yes, it's what you are thinking. Ouch is all I can say.
I was nearly in tears. He did comfort me by telling me, "It's alright sweetie, don't cry." Okay, I think I might possibly be getting some feeling back - I suppose all will be well:)

Can you believe this cutie is 1 year old?

Happy birthday to our sweet little girl, Jade Genevieve Frehner! One year ago I was getting my guts cut open to bring this little one into the world - it's all about sacrifices, right? I was the first c-section scheduled that day. After removing some excessive scar tissue and pulling and tugging, Dr. Juarez pulled out this beautiful 7 lb. 8 oz. girl with tons of hair!
Jade is such a little doll. She has always been a good baby. She has two teeth on the bottom, but that doesn't stop her from eating everything in sight! She loves animals and her brother, Dominic. She laughs and giggles and loves that she has so many girl cousins that make a fuss over her. She always looks cute, and I hardly ever have to buy her clothes thanks to Aunt Lori and Aunt Corey. We just can't say enough about our little Jaders and how much we are blessed to have her in our family. Happy Birthday! Stay tuned for pictures of the festivities!

Does anyone know a good physical therapist?

Okay my wrist has been killing me for two days now. It totally hurts and feels like it is going to give out anytime I lift anything. It is my non-dominant hand…but I was noticing how much I use my right hand yesterday and I've come to the conclusion that I basically only write and eat with my left hand. The pain starts at my pinky and extends down my forearm a bit. Any advice or doctors in the house? Maybe one of my four brother in laws that are pts could help a girl out!
